Some RED agents have mentioned without evidence that buyers prefer brief summaries over comprehensive property descriptions. However, I personally doubt that someone looking to buy a property worth 300 million or more would ignore or fail to read the property description, unless they didn't work for that money themselves.
While that might be a subject for debate on another day/blog, it's important to note that the RED already provides an automatic summary of all the key specifications for each property, both on the listing results page and on the property details page.
